I forgot my password

Use the password reset page with the recovery code created for your account. If self-service recovery is unavailable, contact support. Any manual recovery is subject to identity and security checks and is not guaranteed.

How do I report spam or block a sender?

Open the email, choose the more-options menu, then choose Report Spam or Block Sender. You can manage blocked senders in Mail settings.

How do I delete my account?

Open Mail settings, choose Accounts, then Delete account. Confirm with your password or passkey to start a 24-hour grace period. You can sign in and cancel during that period. After it expires, deletion is permanent.

Where is my data stored?

Messages are stored encrypted at rest on Cloudflare infrastructure. Routed still transiently processes incoming mail before encryption, and account recovery uses a separately protected recovery path. Read the Privacy Policy for the complete boundary.

What happens to deleted messages?

Messages moved to Trash are permanently deleted after 30 days unless you empty Trash sooner. Spam is purged after 7 days. Backend cleanup can take up to 24 hours after permanent deletion.
